Yes. Our writing machines hold a real pen and write your message onto card stock. The ink is on the paper, just as it would be if you wrote it yourself.
Can I send cards to a whole list?
Yes. In your account, import your contacts, choose a card, and personalize the message for each recipient. You can also set up recurring cards for birthdays and other dates, and invite people to help manage a shared account.
How do credits work?
One credit sends one standard card with a handwritten message, an addressed envelope and US postage. Top up when you need to, and send the cards over time. Larger top-ups reduce the price per card. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription.
What does $6.99 include?
The card, your handwritten message, an addressed envelope, and US postage. You can pay for one card at checkout or use credits from your account. Buying credits in larger quantities lowers the price per card.
How long will my card take to arrive?
Allow about a week from order to mailbox. Writing usually takes one to two business days, followed by USPS delivery. Postal arrival dates are estimates, so leave a little extra time for an important occasion.
Do I need an account?
You can send a one-off card without one. An account lets you save addresses, buy credits, manage your cards, and set up bulk sends or automations. There is no separate business account.
Can I choose the handwriting?
Yes. Choose from our selection of handwriting styles and see your message on the card before you send it. We keep the writing at a natural size and check that it fits.
Can I send the card to myself?
Yes. Choose your own address if you would like to hand the card over in person. Otherwise, we will mail it directly to the recipient.
